The "Concrete Dice Spacer" is a block that is manufactured through full automation from material mixing, compression demolding, curing, to packaging. Production capacity varies by product, but tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of units are produced daily, generally meeting demand for several months to half a year in just one day. To ensure quality control and prevent contamination with defective products, we have established a unique inspection system at each stage. 【Inspection System】 ■ Immediately after manufacturing: Random inspection of the dimensions and weight of the molded blocks. ■ 1 day after manufacturing: Random inspection at the on-site testing facility to check if the compressive strength has reached the specified 50%. ■ 7 days after manufacturing: Random inspection at the on-site testing facility to check if the compressive strength has reached the specified 70%. ■ 28 days after manufacturing: Core samples are molded from the specified product and strength tests are conducted at a public testing agency.
